How To Use Instructions

  • Step 1:Remove the velcro cover

    We use the Velcro cover to keep the clean from dust while not in use, maintaining its strength over time. Ensuring the Velcro grip is strong for optimal support.

    To remove the Velcro cover, gently peel it away, starting from one corner and gradually working your way around until it's completely detached like in this video.

  • Step 2:Adjust the pillow comfortably around your neck.

    Open the pillow and position it at the back of your neck, ensuring it's centered. Then, close the pillow and securely fasten the two edges together using the Velcro.

    Finally, relax and enjoy the comfort and support provided by the Zenvivid Neck Pillow.

  • How to wash and clean?

    To keep your Zenvivid Neck Pillow clean and fresh for your next journey, gently remove the cover by opening the zip and pulling it away, and you can wash it in the washer machine.

    For the memory foam, use a damp cloth or wipes to clean the surface of the foam, then keep it away from sunlight and heat sources and wait for it to dry, important to avoid a dryer or sun directly to the foam as it can damage the foam.

    And for the final stage, add it back to the cover and enjoy it in your next trip.
